How to Begin Treatment
Schedule The First Appointment
To begin your child’s journey with Sprouts Therapy Center, simply call or text (479) 222-1924, or utilize our convenient contact form to schedule your first appointment. Our friendly team is here to assist you every step of the way and ensure a seamless start to your child’s therapy experience.
Fill Out Treatment Forms
As part of the onboarding process, we will provide you with the necessary treatment forms to fill out. These forms help us gather essential information about your child’s needs and ensure that we tailor our therapy approach to best suit their requirements. We’ve designed the process to be straightforward so that you can focus on your child’s care.
First Evaluation
During the first evaluation, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with our experienced therapists, discuss your child’s unique needs, and collaborate on a customized treatment plan. We’ll take the time to listen to your concerns, understand your child’s capabilities, and provide guidance on the best path forward for their development.
Financial Information
Insurance
We can assist you in filing with insurance, providing guidance on the process and helping you navigate coverage options. Feel free to contact us to inquire about insurance acceptance and how we can support you in utilizing your benefits for your child’s therapy needs.
Private Insurance
For families utilizing private insurance, we recommend allowing up to two months for EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) to be processed. It’s important to note that at Sprouts Therapy Center, we have a grace period to assist families in submitting claims and working through any issues that may arise during the claims process. This grace period allows us to communicate directly with insurance providers, the family, and primary care physicians to ensure that claims are processed correctly and efficiently and that there is no delay in receiving therapy services for your child.
Medicaid
We proudly accept Arkansas Medicaid and Oklahoma Medicaid, ensuring that more families have access to our quality pediatric speech therapy services.
TEFRA
The Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act (TEFRA) program provides coverage to children with disabilities in Arkansas whose family income exceeds the eligibility criteria for Medicaid. Through TEFRA, families can access comprehensive healthcare services, such as therapy services, and care coordination.
